clinic policies

New patient referrals can only be made after receipt of a faxed referral from one of your doctors or a nurse practitioner. Access to appointments are based on order upon which referrals are received. If a specific doctor is requested, initial consultation wait times are based on the first available appointment for the referred to Urologist.

Existing patients must be active within a 12 month period and can book their own appointments by phone. Patients not seen within this time period, must return to their physician for a new referral.

Cancellation of appointments must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Insufficient notice may result in a service charge.

An automated reminder notice will be provided no less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment. We are not responsible for inaccurate contact information.
